近日,由中华人民共和国教育部主办、瀚桥智能研究院(HanbridgeInstituteforIntelligence)承办的2026中美青年创客大赛美国赛区完成线上决赛及洛杉矶DemoDay系列活动。本届赛事以“共创未来(Co-createtheFuture)”为主题,通过“线上评审+线下路演”双线联动模式,汇聚青年创客、国际投资人、科技企业代表、高校师生及行业专家,共同探讨人工智能时代的创新创业机遇。
作为美国赛区承办单位,瀚桥智能研究院负责赛事组织、项目招募、专家邀请、评审协调及产业资源对接,为青年创客搭建起展示项目、交流合作、对接产业和资本的国际化平台。本次美国赛区线上线下共展示15个AI创新项目,覆盖医疗健康、数字教育、公共安全、数字版权、应急管理、智慧供应链、AI电商等多个领域,展现了青年创业团队面向真实社会需求的创新实践。

线上决赛邀请KiraShishkin(informed.now创始人、CIRCUIT组织者)、投资人LilyXiong及科技投资人FionaZhang组成评审团,从技术创新、商业模式、市场潜力及社会价值等方面进行综合评审。
8支参赛团队围绕财税科技、无障碍技术、数字版权、教育科技、心理健康、公共安全及灾害应急等方向展示项目。BlancTax打造AI财税自动化平台;SignGen研发手语大语言模型,服务听障群体;MusicRight.AI探索数字音乐版权管理;Parallel与Bobabit聚焦AI赋能教育;NextStepAI关注残障及老龄群体辅助服务;EvacLog构建家庭灾害应急平台;Agora探索AI社交新场景。最终,BlancTax、SignGen、MusicRight.AI分别获得线上组冠亚季军,并获得赴中国参加全国总决赛资格。
6月28日,PathwaytotheFuture:TheAGIEraAI创新创业论坛暨DemoDay在洛杉矶举行,吸引100余位创业者、投资人、科技企业代表、高校师生及青年创客现场参与。活动现场座无虚席,自由交流环节持续一个多小时,不少创业团队与投资机构和产业代表进行了深入交流。
美国赛区负责人熊梦霞回顾和介绍了中美青年创客大赛发展历程和大赛情况。DonOparah围绕生成式AI与AGI时代产业机遇发表主题演讲,分享全球科技创新趋势和创业实践。随后举行的以“HowCanWeThriveintheAgeofAI?”为主题的炉边谈话,由DanFan、PeterWu、YuefengZhang共同参与。三位嘉宾结合各自行业经验,围绕AI如何改变工作方式、商业模式和产业规则展开讨论,并分享个人与企业如何更有效地使用AI工具、提升效率和创造价值。现场互动积极,不少创业者和学生围绕AI商业化、产品落地和国际市场拓展向嘉宾提问,交流气氛热烈。

线下路演共有7支创业团队登台展示,项目覆盖医疗健康、公共安全、数字健康、教育科技、智慧物流、应急管理和AI电商等领域。OpenMindsMedical探索AI无创睡眠治疗方案;AtomBestAI打造智能仓储管理平台;Watcho提供双语公共安全预警服务;Mr.Mula创新家庭财商教育;AccessFirst开发AI心理健康资源导航工具;EvacLog提升家庭灾害应急管理能力;Sartorial帮助品牌优化AI时代产品展示与推荐。赛事采用专业评审与现场观众投票相结合的方式进行综合评选。多支项目在路演后获得投资机构及产业伙伴关注,并与嘉宾和企业代表展开进一步交流,为后续合作和成果转化创造了机会。

The 2026 China–U.S. Young Maker Competition U.S. Division, organized by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and co-organized by the Hanbridge Institute for Intelligence, successfully concluded with its online finals and Los Angeles Demo Day. Under the theme “Co-create the Future,” the competition brought together young innovators, investors, technology leaders, university communities, and AI experts to explore entrepreneurship opportunities in the age of artificial intelligence.
As the organizer of the U.S. Division, the Hanbridge Institute for Intelligence coordinated startup recruitment, speaker engagement, judging, and industry partnerships, creating an international platform for innovation, collaboration, and investment. Across the online and in-person events, 15 AI startups showcased solutions spanning healthcare, education, public safety, emergency management, digital rights, supply chain technology, and AI commerce.

The online finals featured eight startup teams evaluated by a panel including Kira Shishkin, Lily Xiong, and Fiona Zhang. Projects addressed challenges in fintech, accessibility, education, disaster preparedness, mental health, and digital media. Blanc Tax, SignGen, and MusicRight.AI were named the top three winners and will advance to the national finals in China with fully sponsored travel.
Held in Los Angeles on June 28, the Pathway to the Future: The AGI Era Innovation Forum and Demo Day welcomed more than 100 entrepreneurs, investors, technology professionals, students, and founders. The venue was filled to capacity, with networking and discussions continuing well beyond the formal program.
The event opened with remarks from Lily Xiong, who highlighted that as AI moves toward the AGI era, young innovators have a unique opportunity to turn emerging technologies into real-world solutions. She also introduced the 2026 competition roadmap and U.S. Division support system, encouraging more founders to bring their ideas to the global stage. The event featured a keynote by Don Oparah—Founder of the UC Santa Barbara Venture Accelerator, TED speaker, and University of Cambridge Ph.D.—who shared insights on the future of Generative AI and AGI. A Fireside Chat featuring Dan Fang, Peter Wu, and Yuefeng Zhang explored how AI is reshaping industries, transforming business models, and creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs and organizations. Audience members actively participated in discussions on AI commercialization, product development, and global market expansion.

Seven U.S.-based startups presented AI solutions across healthcare, logistics, public safety, digital health, education, emergency management, and AI commerce. Featured teams included OpenMinds Medical, AtomBestAI, Watcho, Mr. Mula, AccessFirst, EvacLog, and Sartorial, demonstrating how AI can address real-world challenges while creating meaningful social and commercial impact.Several teams attracted strong interest from investors and industry partners, leading to continued conversations on future collaboration.

By combining virtual and in-person programming, the 2026 China–U.S. Young Maker Competition U.S. Division strengthened connections among young innovators, investors, and industry leaders while creating new opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
