新西兰东部理工学院（EIT,NZ)创建于1975年，是一所高等教育学府。 EIT拥有3大校区：Napier, Gisborne & Auckland. 主校区坐落在风光迤逦的霍克斯湾(Hawke’sBay)的纳皮尔市(Napier)，可称作是新西兰最美的学府之一，同时也是近年发展迅速的高等学府之一。更是新西兰北岛东海岸高等教育重要奠基者。Auckland校区位于Auckland市中心.Auckland是新西兰商业，经济中心，人口多元化。ＥＩＴ 以注重实践与应用为其办学宗旨！课程设计多元化，多样化，实践性强，针对国内、国际就业市场，有近百种专业课：经济，商业，计算机，自然科学，社会科学，技术，教育，护理，保健，运动休闲等供国内外学生选择。 EIT强势专业：英语，商业，计算机，护理；特色专业，葡萄栽培与葡萄酿酒。EIT 提供不同等级的学历教育：从各类证书学历，大专学历，本科学历，学士后学历，研究生文凭到硕士学历。所有毕业证书、学位证书均获本国和国际认可。随着全球一体化的进程，EIT保持和发展与国际高等院校在教学，科研以及国际学生互换的合作关系。2013年，EIT迎来来自40多个国家450名国际留学生到EIT学习。
